Our company places the life and safety of workers as the highest priority, recognizing them as a core element of ESG management, and has established and operates an occupational safety and health management system in accordance with the intent of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act.
Through this, we aim to prevent industrial accidents and achieve sustainable corporate management.
We practice ESG management based on the core values of Environment, Social, and Governance, and in all management activities, we place the life and safety of workers as the top priority.
Accordingly, as the person responsible for management, I fully recognize the intent of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act and hereby pledge to faithfully implement the following commitments.
We place the protection of workers’ lives and health as the highest standard in all management decisions and establish the prevention of industrial accidents as a core management objective.
We proactively identify and assess hazardous and risk factors in advance, establish and operate an occupational safety and health management system to eliminate or control such risks, and regularly inspect and continuously improve the system.
We provide sufficient personnel, budget, and organizational support necessary to ensure safety and health, and supervise and manage so that managers and supervisors can perform their responsibilities with accountability.
We provide regular safety and health education and training for employees and workers of partner companies, and strengthen effective, field-oriented safety management activities.
In the event of an accident, we promptly carry out reporting, investigation, and corrective actions, and establish and implement measures to prevent recurrence through thorough cause analysis.
We apply the same safety and health standards to partner companies and outsourced workers, thereby promoting the prevention of serious accidents across the entire supply chain and enhancing ESG standards.
We strictly comply with all safety, health, and environmental regulations, and practice autonomous and ethical responsible management that goes beyond legal requirements.
